• MATERIAL: - Adult Size – approximately 16” wide x 20” long - 8oz cotton/poly twill white canvas cloth with white trim - Upcharge to change base color to BLACK or NATURAL $3.50/ea(z) - Upcharge to changetrim/ties to BLACK or RED or NATURAL $3.50/ea(z) - Blanks are available (see below). - Completely hand sewn & printed in the U.S.A. from American grown cotton, threads, inks and labor! - Reusable with light use, can be machine washed. - Stock is never an issue with these bibs. We are the source of these bibs. They are completely manufactured and printed in the U.S.A. with all U.S.A. inks and supplies. • IMPRINT INFORMATION: - Imprint area: a rectangle 7” x 10” horizontal or vertical, there is no separate art template necessary - Bib imprinted centered left/right unless otherwise specified, printed on hand gig, location of imprint on the neck hole in relation to the neck hole may vary. - Click for an image of an actual blank bib image - Click for an image of a line drawing of this bib • ARTWORK: - Your photo or one to full color art. - OR - - Our artwork: over the last 20 years, we have amassed an extensive design library. Our art is free after you submit a complete firm order. Provide type of event, design request, names, date, location, other text on your order and we will provide artwork choices for you. If you need spec art created without an order, the rate is $45(z) per hour, minimum 1 hour. • IMPRINT PROCESS: - One color are screen printed. More than one color to full color, the imprint is transferred to the material with a heat process, a border of the material may show thru to the front of the product. - Pantone Inks for one color screen printing, are closest match. Exact match is not available due to limitation of print process and materials. - For one color screen print, we will most likely screen print -Simple one color monogram, logo or text embrodiery available add $4.50/ea(z)				• SET-UP CHARGE: - $65(v) first time use - Re-orders without changes within 3 months $35(z) • PROOFING: - Includes a free color email artwork proof.
